Pattern for SIU Ph.D (Law) Entrance Exam


The Symbiosis International University (SIU) often conducts entrance test for admission of students to Ph.D (Law) course. There are two sections for the entrance test. First section include questions on General Aptitude and second section is based on subject related topics.
Pattern for SIU Ph.D (Law) Entrance Exam
There will be two sections for the entrance test, Section A and Section B. Total marks given for the test is 150. Candidate should answer the test in 150 minutes.  Section A is based in topics of General Aptitude. There will be 75 questions for the test, each carrying 1 mark. The sub sections included in Section-A are as follows.
  • Language Competency — 40 Questions
  • Logical Reasoning — 20 Questions
  • Text interpretation — 15 Questions
The Section B is based on law (subject specific) related topics. The number of questions asked for the section is 75 and the maximum marks given are 75.
