Reference books for NMU Ph.D (Physics) Entrance Test


The North Maharashtra University (NMU) often conducts an entrance test for admission to Ph.D (Physics) course. There will be two papers for the entrance test, Paper I and Paper II. Topics such as Research Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Electromagnetic Theory, and Electronics are asked for the written test. Reference books like Testing Reading Comprehension by Robert Troschitz, Environmental Management and Awareness Issues by Roma Mukherjee, Quantum Mechanics by G. Aruldhas, and Condensed Matter Physics by Michael P. Marder can be used for studies.
