The BRCM College of Engineering and Technology (BRCMCET) offers B.Tech and M.Tech courses in a variety of subjects. B.Tech degree is available in streams like Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Admissions are done on the basis of JEE (Main) score. Engineering graduates with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for M.Tech degree in the concerned subject. Admission Process for Under Graduate Courses in BRCMCET
Those who have completed HSC class studies with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects can look for admission to B.Tech. The 12th class must be completed with a minimum of 45% marks. Reserved category candidates needs to hold a minimum of 40% marks only. Apart from compulsory subjects, eligible candidate should study any of the following as optional subjects.
- Chemistry
- Bio-Technology
- Biology
- Computer Science
Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Diploma holders have the option to join 2nd year of engineering through lateral entry. B.Sc graduates with mathematics as a subject can also apply. Any of these qualifications must be obtained with a minimum of 45% marks. Lateral Entry Entrance Examination (LEET) is conducted for admission purpose. Aspirants must submit original documents such as original mark sheets, entrance score card, etc at the time of admission. Admissions are given after document verification process. Students must pay admission fee at the time of joining the course. Tuition fee for pursuing B.Tech course is Rs. 32000/- per semester.
Admission Process for Post Graduate Courses in BRCMCET
Engineering graduates with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for M.Tech in the concerned subject. Admissions are done on the basis of GATE score. Those with a valid score in Haryana Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (HCPET) can also seek admission.
